Looking for Slimville!
I've heard that various seeds are good for your health (I'm mainly thinking of pumpkin seeds) but how worthy are they as a snack?
Do they 'fill a hole', so to speak - and how tasty are they?
I've never eaten any seedy snacks cause I've always felt it'd never satisfy me - taste wise or whatever. But I'm curious and would def give it a go.
Anyone any thoughts on this?
