Total Solution SOY SAUCE

can we have soya sauce to add to soups?

i think i read it somewhere but i am not too sure if it was a dream (i love soy sauce lol)

I not a lover of mushroom soup even the heinze one so need to add something to the Exante one for sure..

SOY SAUCE - may be a bit salty

• Very low in saturated fat
• No cholesterol
• Very high in iron
• Very high in manganese
• High in magnesium
• Very high in niacin
• Very high in phosphorus
• High in riboflavin
• High in vitamin B6

Bad points

• Very high in sodium

many thanks GSQ might give it a swerve or use just a tiny bit in the mush soup..along with pepper etc...
