hi all
how does totm effect your weightloss on cd. mine has just arrived and its my first weigh in tommorrow.

Everyone is very different - generally a few pounds, so you might not see your 'real' loss this week BUT dont let it get you down cos it will balance out next week - TRUST ME...

Mine came when I weighed in for the first time and I lost 14lbs although it normally puts on 4 or 5 for me...but everyone is different.

I think during TOTM I might try and drink 3.5 - 4 ltrs water so I flush out more...it's only ever water retention anyway. x

i'm gonna try drink a few pints of water today and hope i can flush the water though. i think i have gained a lb from yesterday which is disappointing. but like you say it will show next week
