Hey all! I've done most of the diets out there! I've lost and gained so many times! This time has to be for good! Let's forget the past and start a diary!

It's not normally the food that's the problem! It's the snacks and chocolate that I crave! But hopefully telling u will help!

I should say that I don't eat fruit and veg so I for now I'm counting smoothed and fruit juice as free as otherwise I get nothing healthy! Is that awful?!?

Be ready for my diary tomorrow! I have a wii fit coming and a gym membership I should be using!! See u soon xx
 
For these next 3 days my aim is just not to have chocolate! I am having cereal bar with tiny bit on for brekkie with a smoothies, soup and brown rolls for lunch and ordinary tea! Then after I WI on sat/sun it will be a fresh start fully committed to SW and posting my food diary xx
