I am new to this site. I live in NY but I do spent a lot of time in Essex as I am in a serious long distance relationship.
As a vegan I find SW has a lot of options, and instead of eating Quorn anymore, which has eggs, I use seitan which is widely available here in 1 pound plastic containers.
I have recently turned 50, am an offbeat Aquarian with a bit of Basil Fawlty-esque humor and hope to meet others travelling along the same path of self improvement and better health as I am.
