Attack Fish chowder

Just flicking thru recipe books (normal variety) for inspiration.

What about fish cooked in milk with a little onion, very lean bacon or ham, prawns, herbs, cornflour? I've not tried just a thought I had ?
 
Cornflour is a tolerated ingredient (1 tablespoon per day maxi from Cruise phase and tolerated ingredients are only if not stalling and weight loss satisfactory).

For fish, I think it'd be a waste to use it... I simply poach mine in a non stick pan with a little skimmed milk and herbs/cumin/whatever... ham/bacon if you must, but again, I avoid because of the salt and nasties...
