Can anyone tell me if this is free too.

It did say Fat Free, but I ate a whole pot the other week and I'm wondering whether to buy it again.

I found lately the Primula Light Cheese somewhere now i cant find it for dust, not happy i like it!!! Some things are supply and demand in areas I guess x

so its still free even if you eat the whole 450g tub? x

I so hope so, it really is that yummy! So sweet and really stopped my sweet craving and sorted the hunger out too.. x

theoretically it will be free for the whole 450g tub yes.

However I wouldnt advise eating one every single day, as snacks should always be superfree foods as a first choice where possible.

Slimming World is of course not about calories, but that would be alot of extra calories you are taken in daily, if you ate ones of those every single day. All weight loss regimes work by consuming less calories than your body needs in a day, slimming world just does it cleverly of course with out the need for counting calories or weight food ;)

those tubs are big, don't think I could manage a whole one! It is yummy though :)

A woman at my old class used to freeze them and eat them like that, apparently they're lush! Anyone tried it? I'm always a bit worried it will go funny when I freeze it.

It's fine to freeze yoghurt but you have to keep stirring it regularly whilst it freezes otherwise it crystallizes!

It may sound like a hassle but it's worth it as once it's frozen, it takes twice as long to eat the same amount. So you're eating half the amount of yoghurt but it feels like a naughty treat! x

hey ladies, just wondered if this was a smooth yoghurt or had bits in as i'm not keen on ones with bits in :]

thanks
