Evening Snack: Apple and reduced fat cheese 42g (A)

Tuesday

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and 142g baked beans (B)

Egg mayonaisse salad 2 tbsp x light mayo (1), reduced fat cheddar 42g (A)

meatballs and 35g dried wholemeal pasta (B)
