Hi all!
I have been following slimming world since January and although I feel it's a great healthy diet, I find it very hard to follow as I eat out a lot and because of the job I do I'm often grabbing food on the go. A friend has had an amazing weight loss on ww sp I'm going to give it a go.
My mum has given me the pro points initial folder & I've ordered a shop book off eBay as I can't afford to go to classes at the moment.
I've downloaded a points calculator (iwatchr) on the iPhone, does anyone know if this is accurate?
I feel quite lost by the ww points and quite scared to be starting today. If anyone has any words of wisdom or tips I would really appreciate it.
