Quaker oats????

round-as-a-pound

Silence is Golden!
Hi there

Am i right inthinking that Porridge is too high in fat to havewhilst on Xenical??

am very new to Xenical and just wanted to clarify!?

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

i sometimes eat porridge for breakfast and have never had ill effects, i substitute sugar for raisins and banana and it is delicious and filling, therefore reduces the need for snacking before lunch, quaker oats 20g mixed with 300ml semi skimmed milk is 142cals and 3g of fat, not bad at all compared to a lot of cereals, even those aimed at dieters x

I've found a porridge that is in the rules.

It's the dorset cereals Apple and rasins packets you get 10 in a box... and they are yummy!

I love porridge in the mornings, with banana and cinnamon powder but am confused as on the packet it says it contains 8g of fat per 100g, I only ever make it with skimmed milk, but dontwant to havesome dodgy effects on my first day.... ;S (trying to avoid those tbh)

I eat porridge...everyone has a different reaction to foods I go between 5g and 10g of fat per 100g.....I even grind porridge up to make flour :)
