I started Attack on Monday. I am on Day 6 of Attack. Down 7 pounds this AM. My plan called for 4 days on Attack, I would like to do 7. Any harm in this? I'm not having any cravings, haven't cheated once, and feel great. Just hoped this would jump start the weight loss more... I have 30 pounds to lose.
