Hi to anyone who's looking..! :D

I have trouble getting on this site sometimes :( but hopefully it'll be ok and i can get my FD down for people to have a look at.

I have been on SW since Jan 13th, and i am now counting down the pounds towards target!
:D

I am aiming to be as close to target as i can By May 28th as i am going on holiday to Cyprus with my hubby for our 10th wedding anniversary ;)
 
Saturday 16th April 2011

EE day

Breakfast -

2 x weetabix (heb) made with Hot water and dash of milk (hea) and sweetner
1 x cup of tea (Milk hea) and sweetner

Banana
Satsuma

Water (1 bottle 500ml)

Diet coke

Lunch

Quickie as was out and about till late

Birds eye healthy options Spicy chilli ( 6 syns)

More grapes

Dinner

SW Chips
Baked cod (steamed in foil in oven)
Petit pois

Strawberries and WW Cream ( 1 syn for 1 teaspoon)

Snack later

Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, red peppers, red onions, spring onion)

Summer fruits (Robinsons NAS)

Total syns = 7

Oh dear. Have had a very very busy day today, so food diary is a little strange. and i'll be honest i've made a couple of dodgey choices. I spent about five hours in Canary wharf cheering on the marathon runners & trying to spot hubby, then making my way over to Horseguards parade.

Oh well. tomorrow is a new day!

Breakfast

1 x cup of tea (milk hea) and sweetner

Kellogs Fibre plus bar (heb)

Water
Banana, satsuma, apple.

Mars bar syns??? god knows.

Water

In hotel for reception for Help for heroes runners -
Plum, melon and grapes and a glass of water (avoided the sarnies)

1 x Jelly snake

Tea @ my sisters house

Fresh chicken, mixed side salad, boiled egg, and some white baguette with some clover
Oh and my sister force fed me a Caramel easter bunny lol I KNOW that was 5 syns

At home

Jacket potato
Baked Beans
Bacon (fat removed)

Side salad (Lettuce, red and yellow peppers, cucumber, red onion and spring onion)
(small bit of spread in jacket)

Diet coke

Total syns for today ??? Not sure tbh.
 
Not really stressing about yesterday, it happened, it's done with.

Monday 18th April

Brekkie -

2 x weetabix (heb) splash of milk (hea) and hot water
Sweetner
1 x cup of tea (milk hea) and sweetner

red grapes
2 x satsuma

Robinsons NAS juice

Lunch

Pasta with Tuna and sweetcorn ( no mayo, dont like it)
Salad (Lettuce, red and yellow peppers, cucumer, red onion and spring onions)

Banana
More grapes

Dinner

Chicken curry
Chicken, tinned toms, mushrooms, courgettes
3 x pataks Extra hot curry paste ( 6 syns divided by 2 = 3)

Plain boiled rice

Cucumber

Diet coke

Strawberries & ww cream ( 1 syn)

Total syns = 4
 
Majorly sabotaged myself tonight by having both a WW mini Naan PLUS 3 or 4 poppadoms with my curry :eek:

I didnt have the strawberry/cream tonight, had 1 Orange, a banana and some grapes ( didint have banana earlier so not overdosing on them):rolleyes:
