Bouillon cubes

Hi. Has anyone had any luck finding low fat bouillon cubes, i can;t see them anywhere. If not what do people tend to use instead. Would like to try a soup but they mostly use the cubes. Thank you

I don't think low fat stock is really available over here. I tend to use knorr low salt stock instead, though not too often.

Anyone know if marigold veg stock powder is ok?

Their reduced salt version is nice...is this allowed for say chicken soup??

Can you post a link to their composition please? It's not about calories in Dukan, but what's in them!

CAL: 10
Protein: 0.4g
Carbs: 2g
Fat: 0.1g

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Flavour enhancers, Disodium, Dehydrated vegtables, modified maize, startch etc etc

Each sachet is only 5grams and gives about 3/4 a mug of soup.

Thanks x

That would be a no on the soups. The carbs are way too high, and the ingredients aren't suitable - sugar, maize, starch etc - none of these are appropriate for dukan. Much better to make your own soup
(there are some recipes in the recipes section) and fully know what it is you're eating.

Keep 'em coming ;) I like your style!
