Hi everyone.

Just a week into getting myself back on track after a long overeating winter. I am going for my first holiday abroad in 7 years in July and want to look good on the beach and not hide under a towel!

Have been counting calories and exercising for a week and lost 4lb on my first weigh in. I would like to lose a further 16lb but as long as I lose 9lb before my holiday I will be much happier.

I don't belong to a club I am doing this at home so was looking for some online support:)
