Tesco Simply Cook Lamb Shank in Minted Gravy

Hi everyone, had one of these chilled lamb shanks in minted gravy tonight. It was in a fairly recent S W mag as being free on a ee and red day. Had it before and was lovely, but on reading the pack after I had eaten it, it said "bigger pack". I checked the syns online and the chilled 350g pack was indeed free on these plans, but the pack is now 420g I think. Does anyone know if it is still free on these plans? Many thanks to all who reply, I love them but dont want to jepodise my weight loss.

the 450g isnt listed.

you will need to post full nutritional information with the weight given for that info, for someone to check for you.

if so it is still free , when entering all the nutritional information and selecting lamb as your free food.

Ah thank you Britmum, no its the simply cook one chilled 420g in minted gravy, used to be 350g and that was free. The only difference is it is slightly larger many thanks for your reply.

Just wondered if the extra 70g made it synned?

So they are giving us an extra 70g and it is still free, yipeeee. Where did you find out the info just out of curiosity. When I went onto the syns online, it only showed the 350g one. Many thanks for taking the trouble to find out for me.They really are delicious.

on the link above that I posted, it gives nutritional information for the 420g pack, so I just put that into the calculator, selecting lamb as a free food and it comes out free.
