off the wagon

Been off the wagon since Wednesday lunchtime as my nan passed away. We were a very close family and she was a young nan at 72 while I'm 30. I don't want to eat rubbish, but I don't want to make food and I want comfort food.

I know its only been since Wednesday, but my nan was impressed with how well I was doing so now want to do well for her.

I'm also a bit scared that I won't get back on this. This diet is the first time I have actually list properly and I have lost every week since jan. I don't want to gain on Monday and then go down hill.

Help

Sorry to hear about your Nan :(

I understand you want comfort food hun. Don't worry too much about it, You look like you have done really well with losing 2stone in 4 months! There is always Monday to try and get back to "normal". Just think you said you wanted to do it for her. So use that to try and keep your will power up! Make her proud up there ok :)

Sorry again and I hope your ok, I never really know how to word things so I hope it makes sense.

Big hugs xxxxxx
