I'm having a bad week - actually, I'm having a bad year - I gained 10lbs from January (was 11 stone 6 after Christmas and was 12 stone 2 when I started this diet in March.) I have had a really terrible time at work and have now resigned - just hope I get another job. :sigh:

In an attempt to cheer myself up, I booked a holiday to paris with some of my friends only I didn't go in the end. However I had decided to come off the diet for a week as there was no way I could feasibly stick to it on holiday. But now I'd like to go back to it only I can't get hold of my CDC and am not due there till tuesday.

I don't know, I guess my options are:

- stay off it till tuesday and get back on it.
- find another cdc and get products from them.
- come off it all together and lose the rest by SW

What do people think? I'm thinking about the last option because I know my attitude to food and eating and to be honest my own self image isn't good and I'm going to be starting counselling on Monday to try and address some of these issues and I'm worrying that abstaining from food completely is giving me an unhealthy binge/starve mentality. But I'd like to lose a stone or so before I get to that point.

Help?

Hmm, decisions, eh? :D

Just a couple of quick questions - are you still on Cambridge at the moment or have you already run out of shakes?

Have you ever thought about doing low carb? If you can keep your carbs low, you'll find it a lot easier to get back into doing Cambridge.

Thanks, Lily :)

Well, I'm going to stick with cambridge - I want this weight OFF so I can live the life I want and I want to do it quickly :) Im just going to keep calling until I get a CDC to give me some shakes ;)
