Philadelphia snack breadsticks

Does anyone know how many syns are in the Philadelphia snack pots that come with breadsticks, as it's Philadelphia light could I use it as my he a? If I use the cheese as my he a how many syns for the bread sticks?

It will be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories as there is no free food allowance involved. Sorry but philadelphia cheese is not a HEa on any plan as it does not have enough calcium in it. It is however a HEb for its protein content but then only on the green plan (71g light, 100g extra light). On red or extra easy you need to syn it I'm afraid..
