Use a double galette recipe in the bottom of a loose-bottomed cake tin and bake (need to check timings!) Then add some meat and/or veg, pour over a seasoned eggy mixture (I need to look up the composition!) and bake for 40 mins. I made a conso version of this (with cheese) and is was gorgeous!
Or make them in muffin tins - shorter baking time of course.
then the usual suspects: chicken legs, smoked salmon rolls (herby or peppery quark in the middle, devilled eggs....
I'm sure you can come up with some nice ideas - depending on how 'posh' you want to make it
