More toilet issues

Just wondered what I can take to help me go to the loo please. I haven't been now since Wednesday last week!!!! Don't need to go really but think it's time I did lol
I used a suppository Tuesday and went a teeny bit but that's all

hi I am new on here but I just know I will get this to lol. so I emailed exante and they said that they cant see why movicol cant be used this isnt a strong thing and can be taken every day to stop this happening. hope this is some help

I take movicol twice a day and it's always helped me xx
