Yummy! I'm going out for dinner tonight and am going to be very fussy (they are going to hate me!!)

I'm going to ask for dry-fried steak with a plain jacket potato, instead of chips, and plenty of veg. I'm going to be good and steer well clear of the desserts - trying to stick to plan 100% this week after a, quite expected, 1.5lb gain

Will be interesting to hear what everyone else is going to be having xx

I have sweet potatoes to use up, and after a quick search online for inspiration, am going to try and make a sweet potato, lentil and coconut curry. Think it should be do-able with some light coconut milk. Pretty adventurous for me...hope it turns out ok!

erm.. no idea!! new oven should be delivered this evening - but i'm not holding my breath...

i haven't planned my tea because of that - not sure when (if) it will turn up and how long it will be to get the old one out and the new one in. Should'nt take long - and then just plug it in.

So may have to wing it this evening and go a teeny weeny bit off plan.

ie. i've decided i'm not going to be cooking anything this evening! lol
