Syn Free Ketchup

Seeing as BBQ season will soon be upon us thought i'd post this.

1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoes
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp english mustard power
2 tsp white pepper
4 tbsp artificial sweetener
225ml red wine vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer sauce gently for 40-45mins, stiring occasionly
Remove from heat, season with salt and allow to cool.
Blend mix in food processor, then sieve into a jug.
Pour into sterilised, sealable containers (i used old jam jars)
Sauce keeps for upto 3 weeks in fridge (if it lasts that long)

Haven't made this since last year but i don't tend to syn normal ketchup so going to have to make a batch up.
