What to do...??

Hello,

Today I had my first shake really late (men should have 2 shakes a day) at just after 16:00 due to meetings at work, but I really don't feel hungry to have my second shake.

Should I force myself to have it or just miss it out and only have had one shake today?
 
You should have it. Its only 7pm, LOADS of time to have it

You need to remember if youre in ketosis you wont necessarily feel hungry so dont go by that. You really must have them though

Agreed. Try and have it before bed, it'll keep you full all night then :D

I honestly dont know how men only have 2 though, I struggle with 3!
 
I struggle with 3 and drinking all that water :-(. But no pain no gain
 
I always have my first shake around 4pm, my second at 7pm and my 3rd at 9pm. I cant have it before 4 as I go to work early and no one at work knows I am on it so I cant make shakes there. So I survive on water til 4. I think cramming them in makes my sleep like a baby as my belly is full all night!!! I think from what I have learned from others that you have to have the 3 in a day. I dont think it necessarily matters what space you put between them but I think its important to get the 3 in

Thanks. Yeah men get 2 but they are larger than womens x

Cheers guys, decided to man-up and had the second shake.

Get me second WI at fatclub on Friday so hopefully I would have passed the 1 stone mark!
 
See somedays I can do it on just 1 (I did yesterday but had one before I went to bed - slept like a dream!) but most days i'm dying for a 4th lol!
