Going away for 4 days...what do I eat?

My OH has booked us on a 4 day break, he's really supportive of the whole LT and says a 4 day break won't hurt in the long run if I get back onto LT afterwards. I was thinking of maybe having 1 or 2 shakes and food in the evening but wondering what I should eat? I don't want to go out to dinner in a restaurant and watch him enjoy a yummy dinner and me sit slurping a shake/water... it's been a stressful year so far and I just want a few days of relaxing x

If you try and stick with lean meat, fish and non starchy veggies and loads of salad, balsamic vinegar you won't do too much damage...have a look in the Atkins forums for suggestions...as it is possible to stay in ketosis.

However if you come off Lipotrim and just started eating high carb foods like chips, cakes, chocolate etc...you can expect to gain whatever you lost in your first week as you will gain back your glycogen store plus water.

If you have a week before heading off you could do refeed and this would help to stop gaining too much if you want to have high carb foods.

Thank you mini - yes we go a week Friday (22nd) so I'll ask at my weigh in this Friday for the refeed sheet

Thats why I'm refeeding a week early, Easter weekend away with the family and I want to get my glycogen stores sorted out first. I went out last week and ended up having a chicked breast, gave the wife my chips and had no veg. Remember lean meats only and minimal carbs.
