Help!

Hi folks, I am away on a business trip and have all of my shakes with me to last until 3rd shake on Thursday. I now have to stay until Friday night and am wondering what I should do until I get home (around 9pm fri night)?? I'm only on week 2 and so far been 100% with fab loss so I really don't want to undo all my hard work.
 
the only thing i can suggest, is to have something to eat but make sure it hasn't any carbs so breakfast you could have egg and bacon, for dinner chicken and for tea ? not the best advice i know but thats what i would do in your position. good luck :)
 
hi becci, find out online where the nearest pharmacy is near where you are that does lipotrim, im sure they will sell you a days shakes, you could tell them where your regular pharmacy is and they could check with them if they want. im sure they will tho, worth a try, better than eating xx
 
I would deffinatly agree with lisabear's suggestion first and if all else fails have scrambled egg for breakfast and lean chicken for lunch, no carbs. You could even have a chicken ceaser salad if you must eat out but ask for the dressing on the side. Eat all of the chicken, a fair amount of the salad but not all, dont touch the croutons but a tiny little bit of dressing wont hurt but if you can avoid it then do!!!

If you can't get to a chemist - buy some slimfast - that's what I did last week and it made no difference to my weight loss (not that I would know mind!)

I'd avoid the Slimfast because of the sugar content. The ones from Asda or possibly Tesco would seem to be your best bet. Check out the link below. This was on the Exante thread. Hope you can get to a supermarket. Failing that, just steer clear of the carbs.

In a nutshell - what Cate said. The Asda/Tesco type own bars are similar and much less sugar than SF stuff... but if you cant go out then stick to protein bits as its only an extra day.... maybe have 2 shakes Thurs and proten and then you will have some of your original plan on the Friday too... xxx
