hi guys im very early on in my pregnancy and sickness is starting to kick in, im finding the only thing helps is constantly eating but dont want to be eating rubbish so trying to snack on fruit yog salad etc... but im looking for things i can make in morning and nibble on through out the day...
like today i made huge bowl of pasta, tuna and peppers onions etc.. it was all free
can anyone give me other ideas on what to make.? or else im going to pile loads of weight on :cry:
