Hi all,
I'm thinking of doing the CD. But I can't find a price any where. Does anyone know how much it costs for 3 shakes a day?

Around £1.80 for soups and shakes, £2 for tetras (cartons) and £2.10/20 for the bars (start those in 3rd week) some CDCs vary but dependng what you have £38-£42 per week. Hope that helps

Thanks for the reply. I think I will start CD. I've done lipotrim before, but stopped. I think it will do me good to have a consultant to keep me on track. X

Mine are £2 a shake so £42 a week but if I have bars or tetras they're £2.30 each. Good luck xx

Shakes, soups and porridge £2.20 each and tetras and bars £2.30...

Sadly this is due to the recent increase in price! :-(

I think the bars slow you down from going into ketosis due to the extra carbs, and its best to get in ketosis as quickly as possible as it helps stem hunger pangs!
