I'm guessing that the manky taste you get in your mouth signifies that you are in some stage of ketosis? Also, what I am wondering is should I stay like this e.g. not have my last shake before bed so I stay in this fat burning zone or is it better still to have your shake?
I find i come in and out of this 'manky breath state' during the day.
All feedback appreciated and 4.5lbs off in first week
