ive done this before so i know what im getting myself in for but im still nervous and excited and would still love some support and encouragement, which i fully intend to give right back to anyone who wants some!

so here i am pounds heavier but raring to go and one shake down this morning..just a few more to go lol

youve done the groundwork...give it a week or two and then its just plain sailing
..its just initially its so damn hard!

HI...good luck with it. I am on day 3 on my first and hopefully only go at this diet. I am surprised that I can do it. I thought I would hate the shakes, hoping that I can do the tfr for as long as I can before I get too bored, hoping that the weight loss will keep me inspired. I lost two stone over alst two years but now its not going anywhere and I turn 30 this summer and get married in just under a year so I really want to be successful!!

im sure you will succeed x its amazing how quickly you get into this isnt it. i suppose it takes out all the worry of what to eat, how much etc and you can just concentrate on having your shakes and then get on with life... which is how its supposed to be i guess, not worrying about food etc

the old saying of eating to live not living to eat :)

note..hasnt happened..was all ok til last night and i was really really ill with stomach cramps etc and up all night so obviously picked up a bug or something so will be back in the saddle once im over it...im annoyed! :)

hope you get better soon. don't be annoyed it ain't your fault. we all fall ill now and again. and will put every1 out of sorts, like you said just get back on the saddle when you feeling better, take care :)
