Hi all, so I am finally starting today. Gonna aim to have my first 'porridge' at 12, then my tetra chocie shake around 5 and soup about 8pm so they are well spread out - well that's the aim. Since I'm not working at mo I'm trying to keep shakes into a routine I can keep once i do though the 5pm one may need to move. Have an interview tomo so hope that the side effects wait till Thursday lol.
So I thought I would start a diary to try and keep me on track. My first mission to lose 3st by July and hopefully the rest which is around 4st/5st by November. M
