Daily menu before and after

Was just outside having a smoke, naughty i know, and i got to thinking about what i actually ate before i started calorie counting.
Worked out i always skipped breafast so would stop and buy crisps nd chocolate on way to work, Then at lunch i would come home and have 2 slices of toast or something then takemore choc and crisps bk 2 work. Then wuld cme home have something like pizza or pasta for dinner then followed by morechocolate ad icecream then would still pig in the evening with toast and stuff, I hate to think how many calories i had in one day.
 
Scary isn't it. It's amazing how all the calories add up, yet when you're 'chosing well' low calorie can seem a lot to eat
