I have been hanging off of the wagon for almost 2 weeks now. Ive had a lot of social gatherings and my wheelpower has been rubbish. I really need some thinsperation and encouragement. Any word of wisdome would be greatly appreciated :sigh:

The sooner you drag yourself back on the wagon the sooner you can dismount safely at your destination (goal) and never have to do this again!

thanks guys. To make things worse I had friends round last night and we got old photos out, them saying "wow you looked so good and you were really trim" did not help. I skipped my weigh in last week because I knew it would make me feel rubbish but im regretting that now! Will definately do WI this week and deal with the consequences. Thanks again xx

You can do it Lozoo, just remember what it is you're trying to achieve. I think getting back on the wagon is harder than when you start the first time... too tempting to just have something else, or just one more day with this or that. Try and have a fresh start and treat it like you did at the beginning. You can do it.

So so true!!! Restarting is sooo much harder :(

OK so after your comments I got straight back on plan and have been 100% (ws) the last few days and managed to lose 2lbs. It's really spurred me on to think that if i can do that in just a few days, If im realy good all week I will lose a lot more. :)
