Hi all

I have been doing SW for almost 2 years (I think), I lost just over 1.5 stone. I have not really been on it since just before Xmas and put some back ob, but I am back on it since Friday last week.

My wife has been doing SW for a little longer and has lost 3.5 Stone.

Hi

My wife does SW each week (not been for a while) and I am paying online was bodyoptimise before they merged it all).

I wil not be renewing when it runs out though, as kinda ok with what to eat and and can find syn values easy on web (and here).

Hello

I have been on slimming world since january and have so far lost 21lb I had lost 22lb but put a 1lb on, on Saturday! Still got 30lb to go
