tesco sponge fingers

These are 24 cals each so would I be right that they are about 1.5 syns each ?

Well with rounding it would be 1 syn but I would probably syn it at 2.5 syns for 2 fingers

I just made this up yesterday !!!


4 sponge fingers
Cold strong sweetened coffee
Tub of quark
Sweetner
Vanilla essence


1. Dip the fingers in the coffee and line a small dish
2.mix the quark with vanilla and sweetner and spread over the base.
3.place in fridge to chill.

I didn't put any cocoa on the top as I liked it without and it was 5 syns for the whole thing
