totm at last

Well nearly 4 months late and totm has finally arrived !!! And oh my god has it cum with a vengance , I've got cramps and serious munchies , I've just had a shake and a pint of water but I could easily eat my arm !!!! I think this is going to be the hardest week yet ! ! Does totm usually affect wi day ? I feel like a Heffer today really bloated n sorry for my self

have you been on the diet long for your period to stop for that long or do you normaly have this happen ? sometimes vlcd can stop them .
with a p you always gain, can be few pounds, but it soon goes .
i can put on 4 to 5 pounds but its only that thats doing it

No not really I was a couple of wks late wen I started at end of feb , n it just Neva came ha ha , dreading weigh in tho weds, x

if the scales show a gain , i would not worry about it as you know its due to , TOTM, so not a gain , a bloating that will go as quick as it came
