A few questions...!

First of all, can i use a kellogs special k bar as a healthy extra?
And Watermelon...am ok to think I can have this on green without any worries?
I have searched the forums for these answers, but have got no clear answer!:eek:
Also, full fat natural yoghurt. A SW friend seems to think she can eat it in unlimited quantities, whereas I thought it was only low fat or Fat free...?
 
Hi I'm not sure about the special k bar! U can have 1 oatybix bar or 2 alpen lights as a b choice! Watermelon is superfree but not speed like some melons but eat as much as u like it's free food and nat yog is fat free only although be careful as not all fat free yog is free flavoured and natural so just double check the brand Ur using!x
 
Sadly no the Special K cereal bar does not count as a a HEB so you need to syn it.

And as for the full fat natural yoghurt it is not syn free, only the virtually fat free.

Watermelon is superfree. It is also a speed food (but not a superspeed food like other melons).

You are right about the yogurt and your friend is wrong.
 
I spent ages avoiding watermelon because I had not read the page properly in the book! Glad I am not the only one!!!! x
