A beautiful sunny day here. Desperately fancied an ice cream so made a conscious decision to have one scoop. No cone, no toppings just one scoop of caramel fudge ice cream. I enjoyed it and I refuse to beat myself up about it. It was 1 ice-cream in 13 days. Hopefully it won't knock me out of ketosis but if it does I'll just have to get back into it!
