so it was a beautiful day today and whilst at crealy adventure park i gave in to my cravings, i had an kellys ice cream it consisted of
chocolate tipped cone
toffee fudge ice cream
and i flake
i also had a liqurish roll sweet and a big chewy raspberry sweet (a little bigger than a £2 coin)
i just feel now that i have failed this is my first wk on discover and i have done it 100% all week with no probs but i just gave in and now im regretting it, i feel now that i might just fail from now on.
i had 7 points left over from the week and 6 points left for today so thats 13 points to go towards the above treat do u think i have gone over this and failed or do u think im actually still on track, pls help me put my mind to ease

Hi, im doing the new ww with propoints so not sure how much help ill be but iv calculated your points with pro points a flake is 5pp so would be 3pp for half.
1 serving of toffee fudge icecream is 6pp so im guessing as u had a choc cone they prob put 2 scoops in?? So that would be 12pp.
And i cannot find points for a cone anywhere but im guessing its more than 5.
Do u find it hard doing discover now its changed to pro points??
I only started last week and im loving tje pro points, i get 29per day and 49 to use throughout week or all at once. My weigh in is tuesday and iv done through the whole weekend and only used 11 weekly points and iv drank no alcohol!! Im chuffed :)
If youve gone over dont worry about it,try and do some exercise to make you feel better but whats done is done now and we all have a blip sometimes but u will learn from that and next time u have cravings for ice cream have a calippo like i did today only 3pp so on discovery it must be really low!
Good luck xx

Don't worry about it, this blip really shouldn't spoil all your hard work, and it's unlikely this will affect you - even if you have gone over then draw a line, tomorrow is a new day.

When I did discover sometimes (I'd say once a month) I would have a massive blowout (pointing up I'd often be 20 points over!) but then start from scratch the next day, drop 4 points (but I'd never go lower than 18) and forget about the moment of weakness. I'd NEVER gain at class, occasionally STS, and only ever gained if I'd been boozing (4 times out of 39 weigh ins, one of which was post-holiday).

I can't help with the points, but don't beat yourself up over it - we're human after all. Just concentrate on this week by week, don't give up on it entirely.
