Hey guys I been using an app called target weight for adults(just search app store for that) it's really good for recording and tracking your weight. It's free I have nothing to do with the company or whatever. If you have an iPhone you can keep it very discreet and pin protect all your info. It let's you set goals and track your progress maybe it will help someone else.

Just downloaded it! Its very cool thx :)

Just downloaded it... It's so simple .. Thanks....x

Been using that for a very long while now, it's SO useful and motivating, especially the homescreen badge :)
I like the bit where you can see the graph, and it tells you how long it will take you to reach your goal if you carry on losing at your current rate. Is awesome.

I've used this app from day one, love it :-D x

ive got that app too its awesome. another good one is water lite for tracking my water.

Shame they don't do the Target Weight one for I-Pads yet cos I don't have an I-phone! :(

I've got this app too. I especially love the way u can see how many lbs you have to lose on the outside screen. Keeps me focused.

I've just downloaded it so hope to keep it up-to-date now - wish I'd of found it when I started!

Thanks!

X

I don't know if Target Weight has a web site. You might look for myfitnesspal. It is a very good site where you can also track your weight. When you start eating again you can also input all your food and keep an eye on your overall calorie intake. Afterall, no matter what plan we follow, if calories in are not less than or equal to calories out then we will gain weight.
Good luck for next weigh in!
