Just wanted to set up a thread for myself so I can keep track of how good/bad I'm doing on LT.
It's going to be my diary, so i can keep track of how my moods were/are and the weight loss.
Fingers crossed I can keep going to target.
On Sunday night (day 4 of LT) I so nearly gave in to temptation. I actually had half a sausage in my hands ready to eat before I said to myself I couldn't give in on the first week... so, was well proud of myself the following day, even though it was torture watching everyone eating my fave foods all around me.
anyhoo, here are my stats:
Age: 31
starting weight: 12st 13lbs
week1 weigh-in: 12st 6lbs (just on day 6 cos can't do weigh-in tomo).
goal weight: 10st 7lbs
Now, i have a wedding in 5 weeks, so plan on doing a refeed after week 4, so that i don't do too much damage and am ready to go back on LT afterwards.
CANNOT STAND the chicken soup:sign0137:, and vanilla isn't great either. So, i'm sticking to strawberry and choc, which i actually find a bit tasty, so that eases the pain aswell..
bring on the weight loss, i say!!!
