Hi all been going to the gym now properly since jan and although I've lost inches not really last any weight the stupid eating they want me to do is jus not sustainable and was thinking of doin slimming world again I've tried doin it at home with not much luck so think I need a class but I'm worried that goin to the gym 4/5 times a week which I'm doin is not gonna show a loss on first week and would be really embarrassed! Which is putting me off goin! Anyone had any experience with this? Any advice would be appreciated! X
