Anyone from North Wales???

Hi All

Is there anyone out there from North Wales? I'm looking for someone in the same situation as me losing weight and needing new clothes but who doesn't want to spend a fortune! Also in need of an excercise buddy.

I'm finding it really difficult to stay motivated for the excercise on my own and my current shopping buddies only want to do the designer shops - rather a costly business at my clothes turnover rate!

Hi Claire, sorry I'm a south wales girl gone bad moved to the midlands lol ( just kidding to all the mids people lol)

I actually enjoy clothes shopping on my own I am like a kid in a candy shop, pardon the pun! Looking at everything insight trying things on etc hope you find a buddy what about at your group is there anyone who might be someone you want to get to know as a friend?

Just wondering how the exercise affects your loss, I did a couple of classes over a two week period and had low losses so jacked it in now until I need the exercise more than I need the high weightless! Ok so that's more about fixing my thoughts I know lol xx

Going to the gym doesn't seem to make much of a difference to the weight loss tbh, I'm more attributing the toning (especially the bingo wings) to that.

Will admit that I don't go as often as I could and don't go flat out when I'm there, but it seems to be doing something
