How is this fair?!
Day 94 of SS/Ss+ and I woke up with a huge headache, feeling dehydrated and really tired. Like a huge hangover.
I've not drunk anything but water for over 13 weeks (excluding 5 coffees and 2 mouthfuls of Coke zero). Hardly seems fair!!
Already drunk a litre of water today - so not sure how to male myself feel better.
