Stick at it stay focused on the weight melting off. I am on day 29 and last week was hungry at times. Tried to distract myself. Good luck.
 
try and find something else to do when you feel your resolve slipping

go for a walk, take a bath, do your nails, read a magazine ( i buy the cambridge mag, slimming world, weight watchers and rosemary conally just for the weight loss storys to motivate me, i also check out the inspiration slideshow on here
 
You've done incredibly! Don't pull a sad face - think OMG I have done EIGHTEEN DAYS without breaking - and it's going to be nineteen as I'm not going to throw this away now!

The warm weather is hard, I can smell bbqs, mmm - but think 'bikini'! xxx
