Does it tell you on the packet if they are lean cuts or not?

Dont think so hun, I just tend to look at it through the packet first, too make sure it doesn't look too fatty x

I read somewhere on here the other day that the Bernard Matthews turkey ham is syns, I think it was 1 syn for 100g or something like that x
