Hi Everyone

Just to let you all know that I lost 4lbs this week so fairly pleased with that I suppose. My CDC is on holiday next week so lets hope I can keep it up and have at least 7lbs off by the time she gets back.

Sorry I've not been around much but the school holidays are definately interfering with my computer time. Still better to be out and about rather than sitting in thinking about food!
