Hi all!

Right, I've decided I need to get back on the diet truck and slimming world is the one!

So far I have had a banana today lol so I am starting today! Im a little rusty on all the basics so any help would be brilliant!!

Hi Natalie! Ive just started again as well! We will get this weight off! Have a look through the sticky posts they have some grreat tips and advice. Theyre escpecially useful for all the syns.

Me too, have fallen off track for about a month, went back tonight and lost 2.5 after integrating a bit of exercise into my life, walking to the station! Summer is nearly here people! xx
