someone posted the iplayer link to this docu on shout box and I watched some this morning and the rest this evening. stephen nolan is a tv/radio presenter for Radio ulster and bbc who has battled the excess lbs for years.
he went to usa to see the supersized grub on offer and to germany to see an autopsy on the real body of an obese lady in her 60s who'd died due to the weight.
Gees it was a sobering documentary. I know the risks I am running with my health but to see it like that in front of you and to also know it can be prevented/reversed was an eye-opener.
