No weight loss

Hi guys,
Ive been calorie counting and just general being very very good,im halfway through week four.The first 2 weeks I lost 9lbs and the last 10 days I have not even lost 1lb.To be honest I am extremely gutted as I have been so incredibly good,drinking lots of water etc and not lost a 1lb.I feel its going to be the same come the end of the week for my 4th weight in :( I have dieted before and have never experienced this problem!
Help!I feel really disheartened..

Hey Hun don't give up! It kinda depends on a few things with calorie counting. How much have u got to lose? And how many cals are u eating? Low fat foods will ensure u lose quicker? Hormones affect weightloss due to water retention too and that affects my weightloss once a month too. Perhaps you're eating too little. Rosemary Conley is basically calorie counting and she reduces cals as u lose weight if u want me to look up calorie recommendation for your weight I can x

Hey Elz!Thank you for your reply.I have about 3.5 stone to loose and have been sticking to around 700-900 calories a day.Its not totm yet so I dont think I could put it down to that?
To be honest I wouldnt want to eat anymore then what I am already eating as im not exersizing at the moment and I think what I am eating is enough but its just grinded to a halt :cry:
 
I don't think your eating enough. When I was 14st 2 I had 1200 cals for 2 weeks...1400 for 2 weeks and then had lost about 8 pounds went to Rosemary conleys recommended allowance. I think what might be happening is your body is shutting down reserving fat as it thinks your starving it. And even a 5 minute walk is exercise. If I was u I'd eat a tiny bit more (I'd suggest the cals I started on) and try to walk for five - ten minutes a day). It's a marathon not a sprint and the slower u lose the better...as youre unlikely to put it all back on xxxx
 
Ps I'm 174lb now so it's working for me. Only recently started exercising more with 2 -3 gyms classes a week. Wanna lose another 21 pounds but even when have a "bad" day most weeks I am glad I have at least maintained! As maintaining is better than gaining. X

You're not eating enough, increase your calories. You may have a shock gain next week, but you'll soon start losing again. Aim for 1200 MINIMUM.

I'm really glad u said that, just what I thought. I was looking for your blog saw someone said was good but can't find it xx
