Just wondering what you all have for breakfast?
I have 1 slice of toast and 1 scrambled egg, I dont add anything to the egg , just crack it open , put it in a pan and scramble it. But the online calorie counter seems to dislike the egg and says its got 7.6g of fat. So I think I fancy a change In what I eat . . .
 
Have you tried just egg white scrambled egg? Or an egg white omelette?

I personally love porridge with a dollop of reduced sugar jam (150 cals for a big bowl) and you can sprinkle some fresh strawberries on top yuuuummm!
 
i like toasted raisin or cinnemon bagels,malt loaf or mission deli breakfast breads toasted lightly yum

failing that i have a bowl of sultana bran with a banana yum
 
so is it the yellow part of an egg thats the fatty bit ?

Yes, the yolks are the bad bit, I'm afraid. Also you'll soon manage the taste of just pure egg whites. Add a little low fat cheese/veg to an omelette and you'll have a tasty breakfast.
 
think I will try cereal from now on
 
I have poached egg on toast with cereal........

I also love whisking an egg up adding chilli flakes and soaking a couple of crumpets in the mixture and dry frying.......totally yummy
